This November 9, we celebrate a very special date: World Wine Tourism Day. At ZINIO Bodegas, we want to celebrate it with you because we know that wine is not only enjoyed in a glass\u2026 it is lived in the vineyard, in the winery, and in the conversations held beside the barrels.<\/p>\n

Rioja, a destination that continues to grow<\/h4>\n

Our homeland, the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin (DOCa), continues to lead the way in wine tourism. In 2024, Rioja wineries recorded 912,438 visits<\/strong>, representing a 3.54% increase<\/strong> compared to the previous year.<\/p>\n

In addition, the economic impact reached around 197 million euros<\/strong>, confirming that these kinds of experiences are increasingly valued.<\/p>\n

International demand is also soaring: nearly 36.3% of visitors come from abroad<\/strong>, welcoming travelers from all over the world.<\/p>\n
